In the 5 Minute Bible Study today, try and read John chapter 14.
Its recommended that you read for about 2-5 minutes (depending on how much time you have). Then meditate on what you've read for 3-5 minutes.I think of meditation like a good stretch, when you exercise you get the full benefit only after you've stretched.
Meditation questions to consider: How can I apply what I read to my daily life? What was the main point? In what area can I imitate Jesus? How can I use this information to help someone else?
